Triple Interlocked Rings

Each Ring is (10 - 20 - 10) close ring, work in the ends. The thread for the second ring is woven through the first one before tatting it. The thread for the third ring is done likewise through both of the other two before tatting the ring.

This is more challenging than you might think. This is actually one of my earlier Celtic tatting designs. I think it would be possible to tat many of them, each one joined to the same color so that it would end up looking a lot like chain maile armor, but I haven't tried it yet. So many designs - so little time...
